Oskar enjoyed service revenue growth greater than the industry in a highly penetrated market based on a successful shift from a customer volume strategy to a high value customer strategy in 2003. Oskar launched a new series of pricing plans (termed New Generation Tariffs) that offered the per minute rates and value of a postpaid service while giving the customer the benefits of the prepaid payment option.
