We achieve our overall objective of retaining Oskar's positive brand associations and equity, while integrating Vodafone's global brand attributes, to create a winning brand identity for the local market by:
Creating the "Speechmark" project team, involving more than 100 employees in the Czech Republic and 10 from the Vodafone Group and OVS, to master the communication and re-branding project
Employing a systematic strategy with clear deliverables to:
Define the local brand and the new differentiating value proposition
Transition all touchpoints to the new brand
Develop the creative concepts for system implementation of new names
Develop internal communications and training to promote acceptance of the Vodafone brand
